Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Rules

• Cancellations made 7–15 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 7 days before the trip: Non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Option

• In case of emergencies, you can reschedule your trip to the next available Tiri Tara journey by paying the remaining balance.
• The rescheduled trip must be joined within 60 days of your original trip date.
• After this period, the booking will lapse and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Discretionary Review

All reschedule or refund requests will be reviewed at Tiri Tara's discretion and must align with the terms stated above.
